Request a change when you move or need to link your account to another unit.

Your new unit
Have the community, building, or apartment information ready.
Reason for the change
Indicate whether you moved, are a new resident, or need to correct an error.
Supporting information
Some administrations request a document or authorization.
Open My unit
Open the section from the bottom menu.
Select Change unit
Find the option to change or link a new unit.
Complete the request
Enter the details for the new unit.
Wait for approval
The administration will verify the information.
Notes
Previous access
You may lose access to private features from your former unit.
Pending requests
Avoid creating multiple requests for the same change.
